What are the production and delivery lead times?
Lead times range from 12 to 25 business days depending on the product and branding technique, and up to 45 or 90 days for highly customized bespoke productions, by air or sea freight. We keep you informed of the precise timeline throughout the entire order process.
Can I order samples before committing?
Yes. We can send you samples before any commitment so you can evaluate the material and finishes. Contact us to request them.
How do I customize products with my logo?
The ideal is a high-resolution vector file (AI, EPS or vector PDF): that is the standard for a crisp print. Only have a PNG or a JPG? Send it over: our team checks whether it is usable and adapts it where possible, at no extra cost. Embroidery, screen printing, printing or laser engraving — the mock-up shows you the exact result before production.
